My laptop was out of my car on Friday (no sign or forcible entry, possible jamming), I reported it to outsurance on Saturday morning with the case number... Christi walked me through the claim procedure and promised to feed back to me as the claim progresses. On Tuesday morning I was phoned to confirm my claim was to be honored (followed up by a confirmation SMS) and this morning (Wednesday) I am posting on HelloPeter from my new laptop... My second claim to OUTSURANCE five years apart and both experiences have been fantastic brilliant... Well done - Michael Shuttleworth
