I was unemployed for a year, friends and family supported me during this period in April this year Nedbank called and said I am far behind on my vehicle payments I explained to them I just started working and will start payment immediately after receiving my salary, they however wanted a 70% deposit to which I agreed R11700-00 I paid them R12k (money loaned from a friend) right after paying I received an sms stating I must pay another R7000-00 I immediately called Michelle Harris with whom I made the arrangement she knew nothing about this then Nedbank deducted R8414-00 from my acc. pushing me over my overdraft limit causing all my debit orders to be returned. Michelle Harris tried her best to help asking 3 of her managers to call me they declined calling me. The vehicle is a Hilux and Nedbank financed me a Fortuner I have been paying for a car I never owned in my life. I then referred the case to the ombudsman and they sent it to Nedbank for response MFC then put their lawyers on me to intimidate and bully me telling me they rectified their mistake and that I must come and sign the new forms, all I was asking for is to write off they outstanding amount /-R30k then I will sign
