I was very impressed with the serviceI I received from both Kgotzo (in the sales dep ext 2730) as well as Tamlyn (Parow Centre) on Monday following my unhappy experience I had with Andile (Bellville voortrekker branch) They both went the extra mile for me as a customer and I felt very special i'd say, and I appreciated their efforts very much as I also come from a customer service environment (call centre) and was taught how to treat customers and yes it was training given to me but I took it very seriously. You need to treat someone like you'd like to be treated. I also want to say a Special Thanks to the lady who called me that very same night when I logged the complaint. She was very awesome and I really appreciated the quick response. If I should rate all Kgotzo, Tamlyn and the lady's service on a scale of 1-10, i'd give them all 10. Thanks African Bank for this nice experience. Believe me I''ll remember this for a long time! I also just wanted to add that Andile just called me about 5 minutes ago to offer his assistance in anything I might need in future. So thanks for the manner in which this was handled. Love this bank!
