Does not care about their loyal customers

I have been banking with nedbank for almost 7 years. My partner was not working for almost a year so most of the responsibility fell on me. So my credit record does not look great. But all my accounts are up to date, no returned debits, no defaults. I have a bond, vehicle finance and credit card with nedbank. I have tried to consolidate my smaller debt using a nedbank loan. I was approved via telephone, took time off work to go into the bank to sign forms. Everything was approved, until I get an sms 1hr later to say it has been declined. Why call me in to sign forms and waste my time. There are 2 other banks I think that will value my business. So come next month I will be switching.
