I am hereby reporting a very bad customer service with capitec bank. An amount of R20 157.45 was withdrawn from my current account in Limpopo mokopane without my authority. This incident happened while i am at work in JHB marshalltown with my bank card in my wallet. my question is, how did this happen because at capitec bank every transaction you want to make they need your ID book or card and your finger print as a card owner. i am extremely frastrated as a valued customer of capitec bank, as i have never be in mokopane before and even at the time of the incident. I need my funds back into my account as soon as possible.
