I reported a claim, the damage was assessed and the claim was approved. Only to find out that the Assessor had incorrectly reported the damage incurred on the night of the incident as "PREVIOUS DAMAGE".
I informed a call centre agent of the discrepancy on 24 January 2013, have spoken to three different call centre agents and to date, 8 working days later my claim has still NOT been resolved. Needless to say that each time I speak to a call centre agent I have to repeat my story.
I sent an email to the last person I spoke to who told me that she would keep in contact with me until the matter is resolved; however no response to my email!
I refuse to contact Discovery again as each time I as the paying customer incur the telephone costs while waiting for someone to take the call and then having to explain everything all over.
