I contacted fnb on their website asking why my mothers acc cannot be changed from smart to mzansi as she is a pensioner and have requested this at x2 previously at fnb with no avail. I received a mail with reference no 28014300 requesting my mother to take her id to fnb. She did that and sat for 2 and 1/2 hours just to be told that they cannot give her Mzansi but offered her an account for which sounded to mom (pensioner) like a R11-00 per month account. The lady was unable to communicate properly with my mother. I phoned FNB Mokopane to try and figure this out at no 015-4915852/5 as per fnb website. No answer!!! on both numbers and a few phone calls. Is there somebody out there who can please contact me to sort this out!!!
