I applied for a personal loan on 26 November. Having my contact details incorrect they contacted me the following day, ensuring everything is fine and it would be paid out the following day.
It has now been a week and nothing has happened. No can help. The poor lady at the mokopane branch ties to contact subgroup about this matter but no one will help her either. When i phone i am told to go back to the branch and only then will i be helped...
I am not impressed and getting angrier by this bad service by the day.
Someone has to be able to get this application and process this.
I am a existing client with African bank also.
The lady at Mokopane branch, Precious, has been very helpful. But head office is making it impossible for her to help me.
