My geyser burst on saturday, 15 June 13 at 1:30 pm. i tried in vain, dialling more than a few numbers off the insurance document/policy, for some assistance. after 45-50 calls / attempts, i still could not get through to the emergency line!! so, i've spent 3.5 days without hot water!! upon registering a claim, the most important note is that my excess is R1300??? regardless of the inconvenience that i have been through due to your "assist line" being out of commission??? come on, do you even know how frustrating these past few days have been?? do you even care, as my INSURER???
