BAD DIAL DIRECT SERVICE! WHAT AM I PAYING INS FOR?

Today we had an incident where there was a leak on the overflow pipe on our outside geyser, that ultimately casued a problem in our en-suite sink. The pipe underneath the sink couldnt stop leaking until we switched the water off. We have had no water since 08h30 this morning and I have a 10 month old baby. Dial direct and 24 FIX, have not been helpful at all. My husbands phone bill is going to be so much as we havd to make so many phone calls to find out whatwas going on. There was confusion where they linked this claim with a previous claim, and failed to contact us provide feedback. There was only one agent that did that and that was now at 15h30. to tell us that they cannot assist us until we pay the access of R1300.00, yet this morning it was advised that 24 FIX can do this for us. They came here looked at the pipe, for 2 minutes and left but did not advise us that they cant fix it as it is a concealed pipe. I just found that out now. We are so disgusted with the service, and it makes you wonder why you pay insurance every month because when there is a problem you have to end up suffering further with an Insuarnce like Dial Direct!!!
