I have had a very bad experience with Nedbank i go to pay my credit card and i ask how much i must pay the teller says she cant check they offline. So i go ahead and pay an amount which i mormally pay. I get back to the office and i call general enquiries who tells me they cant see the payment. I tell them i paid an amount they tell me its R10 short. The afternoon i go back to the bank and ask if i can pay at the atm the lady with the green thing around her nack says yes and tells me what to press. I go there there is no option to make a deposit. She comes with me and she sees. She tells me she is going to find out. Takes her own time and comes back and tells me they going to reset the atm.

I think you guys can learn alot from FNB the service pathetic that person who helped me needs training or otherwise you will loose customers
