Double swipe of transaction

On the 03-08-2013 i visted a baby city branch at umhlanga, at the cashier my card was swiped for an amount of R524.50, i was told by the cashier that it was unsucessful but i recived and sms that the amount was deducted of my account. she then called a lady by the name of Shaan and i was told that it didnt go threw but i explained that i got an sms that it did. they gace me to options 1 to leave the stuff or 2 swipe again as acording to them the card machine works the second, they swiped again and it went threw. i was told by Shaan that my money should be reversed and she said if not i must contact my bank, i immediatly contacted my bank and they mentioned to me that they cannot do anything as this is reserved with nedbank (it was a nedbank card machine) i then contacted shaan again and she took my details and said she will call me on mon and she will call nedbank if there was no refund. i waited the entire weekend and no reply so at 09:59am today i contacted her and she tells me that the refund was done and they emailed me. i dont see how they emailed me with no email adress given to the store or nedbank she then tells me i should have contacted her after 24hrs, wich i am doing
