Unacceptable Service

Today (5 October2013) I went to Pick n Pay Birchleigh-North to purchase some goods, when I reach the counter, the cashier leaves and tells Tressa who is a packer and not a cashier to take over. The total sum for the goods I purchased was R75.99, when I receive my receipt and open the sms on my phone, Instead of paying that amount I paid R375.99. I do not know how it is possible for her to do a cashback if I did not ask for it and I do not even know what that means. The manager finally shows up, I do not know what his name is, I just know that he is fairly matured, he tells me that the other lady is going to reverse it, I was paying with my bank card. They then come back and say that they can not do it, told them I want the money back into my account immediately, they then said I will have to go to Capitec and make a deposit, that is unacceptable and absolutely pathetic and unethical!!! Some other lady said afterwards that the cashier will go to Capitec and make the deposit, but that will take one or two days. I got so upset that i left everything i purchased and asked for all my money back!!! I buy from you every day, and the way i feel now i will never go to Pick n Pay again!!!
