FNB - Choosing not to help get my money from them!

I had my loan settled earlly by another bank as I was prepairing to purchase a vihicle but the other bank paid double the settlement amount (R21k X2). this was the 5th of March.

I realized this same day on FNB online and went to the Sebokeng Plaza branch where I was assisted by Zanele whom made a call for 2 minutes and told me 'they said it's gonna take a week to refund you". I then waited for 2 months.

I called the Loans call centre myself on the 7th of may and a guy told me 48hrs.. its now over 72hrs and I just called and spoke to Khaya, she put me on hold for 8 minuets and she tells me admin is on a back log.. of over 2 months? the guy I spoke to on tuesday said nothing about any bacl log. she actually told me without any sort of assurance that "my team leader - Joeleen Copper said you must call on monday.

I've had the car deal cancelled and lost it because of this. some people at FNB dont live by "how can we help u" but actually tell u when they'll help u but still dont help.

all other departments like law on call - got me out of jail when I was arrested. I have an iPad with FNB which is cool, I've always been happy untill I had to deal with this loans department.
