I took out a debt consolidation loan with FNB on the 20/12. This loan was paid out on the same day and my two loans I had with FNB was settled. (The settlement amounts provided on the loan agreement I signed was provided by the FNB consultant.) On the 24/12 both stop orders for R2326.47 and R836.37 was deducted from my bank account. (Both loans were settled on 20/12.) I contacted FNB regarding a refund. They paid two refunds to the value of R426.20 and R181.44. This was on 24/12. Why was the full installment not refunded? Four calls made to call centre consultants (R140 airtime later) and three visits to the Grahamstown branch without any success. Please sort this out for me. I am a school teacher. This is a lot of money for me which I need to live on until the next pay checque.
