REDUCED AGREEMENT INSTALLMENT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION

I HAVE TAKEN A PERSONAL LOAN IN 2012 FOR THE SUM OF R100 000 AT FNB, BRANCH- DAVENPORT, DURBAN, KZN. I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT TO PAY A MONTHLY INSTALLMENT OF R3399. AFTER PAYING IN LUMP SUMS TOWARDS MY LOAN, THE FNB LOANS DEPARTMENT REDUCED MY MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS TO R2351 WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL PEOPLE AT THE CALL CENTRE ON THE TELEPHONE NUMBER- 0860 102631. ON THE 4 OCTOBER 2013, MR SEPTEMBER (TEAM LEADER) SLAMMED THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM, THE CONSULTANT (SUGANDRIE) WHO WAS TRYING TO ASSIST ME WAS MY WITNESS AND SHE INTERN WENT AND CALLED HER SUPERVISOR FARZANAH DAWOOD WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL, PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND SPOKE TO MR DLAMINI SAKHILE, WHO WAS SUPPOSE TO GIVE ME FEEDBACK AFTER 48 HOURS, WHICH HE DID NOT HONOUR, I PHONED THE LOANS DEPARTMENT ON THE 08/10/13, SPOKE TO LEE-ANN AT 11:45 AM, SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO COME BACK TO ME AT 15:00PM, WHICH SHE FAILED TO DO SO. ON THE 09/10/13, I SPOKE TO LEE-ANN AND SHE TOLD ME SHE WILL GET HER TEAM LEADER TO PHONE ME. THE TEAM LEADER, TUMI, CALLED ME, BUT SHE WAS OF NO HELP. I AM NOT WILLING TO PAY THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT GIVEN TO ME AND I WANT INTEREST CHARGES REVERSED.
