Good day

I approached Standard bank for a personal loan and was granted one. My monthly instalment was R1666.66 for 6 months. I paid the amounts for 5 months and when i called Standard bank to confirm my last instalment and was told that i needed to pay R2469.i lodged a complaint and was contacted by Clint who referred me to the Branch where i took out the loan at (Maponya mall) The branch manager called me and explained that the consultant that assisted me with the loan forgot to tell me about the initiation amount of R800 that i needed to pay.

i tried applying for car finance and was told that I'm in arrears and listed with the itc by standard bank.i contacted Clint from the complaints resolution department of Standard bank who told me that he is still waiting for response from the branch manager and this is 3 months after i lodged the complaint. He gave me the run around and promised to call me back but never did and whenever i called i was told he was not in and spoke to his team leader Sfiso who also promised to call me back but never did.
If i never have to deal with the blue bank ever it will be too soon, they re consultants are rude.
