Problems with personal loan since Desember 2012

On 22/10/2012 I've applied to buy a car but it was on the border so couldn't get finance but got a personal loan. Marks Montshiwa from the roodepoort branch came out to the dealership for all the documentaton to be signed. I was told that the loan will be deducted weekly. Since then its been going off by debit order every friday. In december I've had weekly calls for absa saying that my loans is in arrears. The system needed to be changed for that not to happen (Auto Cappi Setting from yes to no). I"ve been to absa keywest branch where i spoke to Mrs. Lulu Snyman and she assured me that the problem was solved but i still received the phone calls and went back to Mrs. Snyman on several occasions. I then sent a email to Absa Actionline to try and get the problem resolved as my name was listed on ITC for being a bad/slow payer. I've received an email to say that the problem was sorted out and my name would be removed. The lady that replied on my email is Nedine van Dam. after they said the problem is sorted out I've received another call this morning that i'm behind on payment. I've applied for a home loan and couldn't get it due to the mistake on Absa's side. NOT MINE!!!
