African Bank are one of the top Banks when it comes to needing money urgently, but when you need their Service most, there's just nothing they can do to Assist.
They loaded a Default on my name, without sending me any correspondence, or informing me of my account status. When I found out my account was 4 months in arrears I paid the arrears immediately, I mean thats all they had to do, call, email, text???
Now that my account is up to date and I need then to update my profile asap as I am applying for a bond, I need to wait 21 days, which I can not.
Even after 20 calls to their call centre, requesting to speak to a manager or someone superior, nothing has happend, you hold on forever and then the line will get cutt off evenually.
