Well, its really nothing specific but FNB generally being the best service provider. I opened my cheque account over the phone, with a very nice lady. this took less than 15 minutes of my time by the way. 5 days later a courier guy was at my workplace delivering my card. 2 days before he came they called me and then sent me numerous sms's reminding me to bring my id and all, which i definitely was going to forget had they not reminded me. I got my card and im very happy with FNB!!!
