FNB- All Innovation but lacking in Service!!

I moved to FNB from Standard Bank in August 2012. The main reason for my move was due to their extensive advertising on E-Bucks and competitive prices on tablets and iPads. I opened a cheque account and credit card with them that was approved immediately and they assured me that they would take over my credit card from Standard Bank. After NUMEROUS phone calls and emails- to this day my credit card remains with Standard Bank! No one has bothered to follow up with me on this. I was constantly emailing them including Lyle Davids and calling the call centre and eventually got tired of fighting about this issue. My latest problem is, I applied for an iPad on 18 Jan 2013 was told it was approved and would take 10-15 days to receive it. I called after 2 weeks to follow up and I was told that their courier company would contact me once my delivery was finalised. I called again after a few days and demanded the courier company contact number which I was given and when I got through to them they told me that they HAD NOT received any request from FNB for my iPad. I called FNB and on 2 occasions this issue was escalated??? FNB have delivered nothing but horrific service!! Very disappointing!
