New insurance policy has been discussed and asked to put in place from next month. Zubair hasn't even responded on the questions I have asked him. Now I see my account has been debited for the premium yet I asked for cover from next month and my dial direct premium has already been paid for April and I still have to cancel the old insurance. I need virgin to put the money back in my account just as quick as it was debited, further the ins obmansman will also be made aware of this.
