Virgin Money vehicle insurance debited my account on 22nd of month instead of 31st. they activley trawl your account to see if you have funds available and then take there cut. you have no control over what they do.
i emailed this morning at 10 am, i got a response via an automated reply service, they do not have the decency to respond personally, they are not available via phone contact, they have office hours when it suits them but when trying to sell a product they contact you up untill 21H00 at night.
BTW virgin money insurance is underwritten by DIAL DIRECT
