Debited whilist no active Insurance

Virgin Money has been charging me R115 for insuarance that I never took up with dail direct. This amount has been going off my account since July 2011 till yesterday 26 February 2013.I never took up the insurance with Dail direct and let alone the value added products that they offer and never was i told (should l have have taken it unawares) that l would have to cancel that seperatley. Its very unfair that they debit people even though they are very much aware that there are no existing accounts - its very appalling!!! I want my money back because, period!
