I have been trying to call satrix for a few days now, you end up holding for 10 minutes, and being put through to a contact number that is not satrix! worst still its 48hrs to get an email response and even that is if you are lucky. they say it takes 10 days to get your funds, its been over 10 days and still nothing. yet i had funds with marriott, dealing with them is such a pleasure!!! 2 working day for funds, 1 if its before 1pm and you with fnb, quick answers helpful staff, i know from now on i will be doing all my investments elsewhere, such a shame because i would have liked to invest with satrix, and judging by the hellopeter complaints im not the only one that thinks their service!
