Cell C contacted me last week Monday (29 May 2013) to offer me the new Galaxy S4 deal after I filled in the pre-order form on there website. We went through the whole application process during which I EXPLICITLY stated that my current number will only be available to port over on Friday the 3rd of May 2013. He informed me that this is not a problem, they can send me the new phone and we'll port over the number once it becomes available.
On tueday they tried to port over the number and it failed. Friday I folled up and waited 17 minutes in the call queue only to hear that my application hat been halted due to the number port failing. I asked them to retry now that my number is available. Today I contacted Cell C to find out the progress of my application. After waiting another 20 minutes (seems they are the new telkom) in the call queue, I was informed that they no longer have stock and that they might get stock later this week. Great, thanks guys just one problem. I dont have a working cellphone anymore. How am I supposed to make calls until you guys onday decided to help me?
I am very unhappy with the service that I've recieved from Cell C. You guys!
