No reversals - what a bunch of!!!

Went to the bank this morning, to reverse the debit orders, and to my surprise I was told I couldn't reverse without a letter, I need to have a letter from the companies that are debiting, what a load of c#@%, this is supposed to be the easiest bank to deal with, but this happens, the worst part is not a single customer was informed about it, they are so quick to send sms's about other things, why was the public not made aware of this, it's absurd.

All I want is my money, for whatever happens between me and the companies that are debiting is my business, and mine alone, not Capitec's, they do not know what I'm going through right now, nor pay my bills for me.

This is absolute madness, and it needs to be sorted out as a matter of urgency, because I can guarantee you right now, the bank is going to lose a lot of customer, only by a word of mouth, fast thinking of changing banks myself.
