I have emailed ABSA on numerous occasions for assistance with two issues. Both times I get poor assistance from them, with both cases that they just don't bother responding after their initial response. I am based on the UK and email is my only form of communication at the moment, and their service levels are pathetic.
I tried phoning their call center and it just goes nowhere, stuck in a loop of "we are experiencing high call volumes" for minutes on end, which costs a fortune. It seems like there is NOTHING one can do to get any real service from ABSA from overseas.
