FNB Premier suite... Must REad

This is FNB, Monday I wanted to pay my overdraft with R250 and made a honest mistake and most of my salary when into the overdraft and reduced it by R250 which is now outstanding. I called spoke to Ayanda and she advised me on the phone that it will be done as she spoke to Roux Pretorius. FNB can go back onto the voice conversation Rs14012741700 and I told her this is my salary and my bills, food and child's stuff need to be bought. Now after calling her back 4 times she gets back with news to say that the Credit manager said it couldn't be done, I had to wait 4 days for this answer what about my monthly bills. Ayanda now advises me that I show take a revolving loan. Is this your way of making more money off me while I'm suffering!! Is this fair after I made a honest mistake? How about me cancelling all my products with you guys? This is the second time you made a fool of me.
