I had a fixed overdraft of R10 000 with Absa Bank, then on the 6th of Feb Thuli Mkhwanazi called me, telling me my acc had unpaid debit orders and asked if I can pay back the overdraft, I told not currently because I was not working, we didn't make any arrangements and I was never made aware that she was deleting the overdraft, and that whatever money that came in my account was going to be taken towards the overdraft. Then in total an amount of R6550 has been deducted in 1week without me knowing, to my surprise when I got to da bank I didn't have an available balance, instead I had -R3980.01, I queried I was told money was taken towards overdraft, I went to Umbilo Branch spoke to Branch Manager Sphelele Dube, who kept calling, was sent from pillar to post, what I asked her is that how do they expect one to live if they deduct such amount of money. List of deposits that were taken 22/02/13 R220 ; 22/02/13 R1030.35 ; 28/02/13 R500 ; 02/03/13 R4800... all I was asking for that they refund me R4800 @least and make arrangements, but they refused. I really don't know what to do, I didnt pay my bills even my car is in arrears, please help
