MY HUSBAND WAS APPROACHED BY FNB TO SWITCH OVER WHICH HE WAS PROMISED TO GET A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF OVERDRAFT BECAUSE OF HIS GOOD RATING. HE ACCEPTED SIGNED AND SEND THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS THROUGH. MADE THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT INTO THE ACCOUNT AND HE THE ASKED NTOMBIFUTHI HOW AND WHEN WILL THE ACCOUNT BE EFFECTIVE WITH THE OVERDRAFT. SHE SAID AS SOON AS HE SOON SALARY KICK IN. SHE ALSO THEN PHONED MY HUSBAND BACK AND SAID THEY CAN ALSO GIVE HIM A PLATINUM CREDIT CARD WHICH GOT APPROVED. MY HUSBAND SALARY WENT INTO IS ACCOUNT NO OVERDRAFT HOW ON EARTH CAN FNB SUCH A HUGE BANK ADVERTISE THIS AND THAT BUT DON'T DELIVER THIS IS THE PRINCIPLE. ON TOP OFF THIS YOU KEEP DOING SCORING ON MY HUSBAND FOR WHAT. HE MOVED AS HE THOUGHT HE WOULD GET BETTER SERVICE BUT I GUESS ALL THE ADDS A JUST A BLADY JOKE. YOU PREMIER BANKERS ATTITUDE SHES GOT A FINE CHEEK TO SAY SHE CAN CLOSE THE ACCOUNTS HOW ON EARTH DO YOU HAVE PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORKING IN YOUR PREMIER SECTOR??? PATHETIC BEYOND
