UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT AND SHOCK

Yesterday my husband went to buy stationary for my child at Walton's and his card refused to go through. Upon going to the ATM he saw that his overdraft was reduced. He rushed over to the bank as this was his salary and bonus paid into the account which he has been using for years and he is paying the interest on the overdraft together with bank charges, penalties etc. He then went over to the Florida Road Branch in Morningside and they advised him that the credit department received a 17.4 and therefore they reduced the overdraft. My husband Mr Delomoney account number 62309033273 was under debt review and he withdraw in February this year so I don't know what the is on with the credit department. how can you just reduce credit on a clients account without any notification to the client. Today he went back to the bank and still they could not give him a proper answer. "how can we help you" you are not living up to the motto. STOP WITH ALL YOUR ADVERTISING AND CONCENTRATE ON THE CLIENTS YOU HAVE. The people that work there know nothing at all. They need proper training.
