Faultily being charged

My salary was paid in on Thursday the 28 of February 2013. As it was long weekend, so the money reflected on my account and i paid some bills on internet. Come my bill it show my account in arrears. My deduction show first then my salary last wish made me paid for overdraft services wish i didn't use and place me under bad rating with the bank. The bank system don't allow you to made any payments unless funds are available. i am totally disappointed with this service.
