I am trying to move my business to FNB. I have a platinum account, a student loan, a personal loan, they have just made me an offer of 1, 1 million rand in a home loan yet I can not move my over 500k a year salary because credit keep declining my 25k overdraft that I have with Absa. I was told by premier banking that I had to pay my salary in but I couldn't because the overdraft was declined and I don't have the 25k to pay off my other one, then when I tried to resolve it again (having received the offer of a home loan) i was told because the account only had the money to cover charges going through it I would have to pay in my salary for three months to see how I manage my account- and how do i do that? then i was told that credit wanted collateral for an overdraft- if I had 25k or more in collateral I wouldn't need the overdraft!!! there is no one there to actually help or live up to their promises. perhaps if I could talk directly to the computer that makes all the decisions I could solve it?
