Is it possible for standard bank to train the call centre personal better they are only able to do a security check and that's it anything else they need to refer to branch so you end of spending more money on the call than what the transaction is worth how about having an alternative cellular number so those of us who refuse to submit to hellkom have a way of communicating with our bank without it costing an arm or a leg
