Someone sent me money via Instant Money. When I tried to draw the money, the ATM said that there is a technical error. I tried to call the helpline for Instant money and only after the 10th time did I get through to the automated voice prompt. When I finally got through to a operator, they did not know when the service will be up again and said it is the ATM people dealing with the problem. There is no way to contact them and I don't have the time to constantly drive to and ATM in the hopes that it is fixed. This is poor communication on Standard Bank's side and a waist of people's time and money.
