The broker by the name of Antoinette sold me a savings policy that was going to mature after 5 years and only now when i went to change my payment method the old mutual representative told me about maturity date. I sent broker the email but she never got back to me ans I have complained to the old mutual offices and I was told someone will phone me back but I haven't heard a thing from old mutual in the last 6 days of registering my complaint for their representative who failed to arrange my debit orders and their brokers who misled me.
