OLD MUTUAL PHONE SERVICE

Ms Gomas keeps phoning me at my work, and the more I tell her I cannot talk at work the less she LISTENS. I asked her to phone me a month ago on my short Friday afternoon at 15:30 and I am still waiting for that call. She still insists to continue to call me at work and now Frans Viljoen accuses me of "not being willing to facilitate a meeting" when I did mention to Ms Gomas that she could arrange to see or phone me after hours at my residence. How must I know what anyone is talking about if I do not have the information to had, which is at my home. This is not the first time I have had problems with Old Mutual and people who do not listen when spoken to. How come an Old Mutual Broker could go and see my employer at his home after hours, and Ms Gomas was not prepared to even phone me at a time that was convenient to me. My son who lives in the UK is also having a problem with an Old Mutual Broker, Frans Stapelberg, who takes three weeks & even longer to answer his correspondence. Even phone messages are ignored. If Old Mutual is not prepared to be of help to me at a time it is convenient to me, they must let me know, and I can move my business to another Company & Broker.
