Recognition of transfer from Momentum toOld mutual

Good day:
my name is Martha Budzwa 0827031695, i had a retirement fund with momentum and when i turned 55 the paid 1/3 to my bank account in October 2013 and the remaining 2/3 is transfered to old mutual so that they can pay me a monthly allowance starting from November 2013 till now i have not received a cent from old mutual when i called Momentum they told me they have transfered everything according to the ROT they received from my broker from old mutual Mr Musundwa Ratombo 0733652842 015 516 4256. when i went to old mutual they told me i have to take it with my broker they can't assist me. they also told me they cannot trace the transfer from Momentum. Please assist as i am a frustrated old women. i just don't get how can R180000 disappear from 2 life insurance companies.when i tried calling old mutual head office in cape town 0860506070 using the old mutual phone in Makhado i was told to use my broker's phone.and my broker is not assisting me with anything i can't get hold of him as well as he has my file with all the details.
