Impossible to bank with ABSA

The account number on my card and my statement is incorrect. The branch advised that they are correct after spending 1 hour there. I was then registered for online banking in the branch, but the access details they setup are incorrect. The account number I must use I can only get given verbally over the phone from the call centre. It is verified by the rude reply of " what? don't you trust me? " What a joke... account closed...
