Ecently changed my banking to FNB.
applied for an overdraft facility.
after a month, of no reponses, no feedback, fighting, begging, i was eventually told that my salary needs to be paid into the account first.
this then happend.
the whole process strated over again. me requesting a overdraft, not get any feedback, responses, accept for the same generic rubbish you send in repsonse to emails.
thought you were better than my current bank... it was obviously a mistake on my side to think so.
