VERY UNHAPPY CLIENT!

I had a R15 000 overdraft on my cheque account with FNB, but for some reason unknown to me FNB decided to reduce my overdraft with no warning what so ever. No phone call, sms, email nothing. My salary was paid into my account on 25 April 2013 and when they reduced my overdraft to R4328 my debit orders was returned as UNPAID ITEM and they charged me R138 for each returned debit order. What I find unacceptable is that a Corporate company like FNB is unable to communicate with their clients. I emailed Premier banking on Saturday when I realised what has happened and received a response on Sunday informing me that have decreased my overdraft and the reason why my debit orders was returned was because their was no funds available. I requested that the matter be referred to a manager and for somebody to call me to discuss repayment of the overdraft. My vehicle finance, insurance and Vodacom debit orders was returned. If something has to happen with my car and my insurer refuse to pay due to no premium received I will hold FNB responsible for this.By tomorrow I will have no phone service as vodacom will suspend my cell phone contract due to no payment received. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
