So I got email telling me I had now access to FNB's Premier banking Suite, with all sorts of lekker benefits, no need for me to visit the branch anymore. All very exciting. So I have been trying to get a statement of EFT deposits into my account for 2012 tax year. Emailed them query on 2013-06-21. No response (apart from the usual "we got your email, ta" message). Emailed them again on 25th of June. Got same automated reply, nothing else. Hmm, so much for the 24 hour reply time. Just wondering - does anyone actually check to see who gets these emails and whether they are replying or not? Is there a problem with the system? I'd really like the info so that I can get my tax return in...
