It pains me to write this complaint as I am a HUGE fan of FNB and I am a very loyal client and I have been for a number of years.
I have unfortunately come accross a service failure and I need it rectified ASAP.
I have made an initial query regarding the reversal of ewallet payments that cannot be retrieved. I called premier banking and they ignored my request and said it cannot be done. I then emailed premier banking and I have not received a response even though I was promised a response in 24 hours.
Please sort this out for me and restore my faith in FNB.
