Going Green (?) with statements

In October 2012 I opted to have my account statements sent to me by e-mail. I did this at my bank branch. Unfortunately nothing happened, so I went back again. apparently the person who helped me had not made a change on-line. the lady who helped me in December 2012 assured me that in future I would receive all my statements by e-mail. Unfortunately no such luck, Since November 2012 I have not recieved any statements by post, nor via e-mail.
On Friday 22 February I went to the branch and spoke to the Manager enrico cupido about this problem, and he advised me that he would investigate and respond.
I have not heard anything from Mr Cupido, nor have I received any bank statements.
