Failure to email account statements

I have on numerous occasions requested that my Bank statements and Credit card statements be emailed to me, yet every month I am forced to collect my mail at my previous address. I receive no email statements at all and I am tired of phoning and wasting my resources to obtain the information that i require. I am paying for a service, and I do intend on changing banks unless the services that I agreed to and request is done in the appropriate correspondence method. This issue has been ongoing for a few months now and all the call center agents do is "make a note" to change my correspondence method. Thanks allot Standard bank.
