I recently replaced the printer head did the firmware update everything. It prints for n week or two and when i dont print for a few weeks all of a sudden almost nothing prints or come out of the printer a test page print half, with stripes and blanks or clean, deep clean no matter what it remains unable to print, it is not to tedious to report to lexmark and call upon another replacement i have have had it best thing to do perhaps is to put it in front of my 4x4 and drive over it then maybe to let my kids smash it with a hammer. I needed to print two cards for a baptism with half full cartridges and a new set of cartridges the printer head failed again just three months from the last replacement. When it is properly in pieces i want to mail the printer then to lexmark as useless as it is to me for having it stand around and not working. I failed to provide the cards that is just great Also unable to print my business case for monday thanks lexmark never had this problem with my HP the ink was expensive on the HP but it never let me down even my canons never let me down. Why i listened to other people talking me into this position i never know...
