Direct Axis have been sending me letters with my name and details printed on them for years now. Since the introduction of POPI into law, this is no longer legal: since I have NEVER signed up to receive info from them. Both Direct Axis and the so-called "Direct Marketing Association of South Africa" should be taken to court for this illegal use of info which has been obtained through now illegal methods.
