Unaware of a Life Insurance Policy

I took a loan with Direct Axis and I settled the account in May 2013. I have realised in my bank statement that Direct Axis is pulling an funeral cover which I wasn't made aware of and now I'm being told it's not Direct Axis and I must speak to Hollard to query even though my statement shows INSURANCE PREMIUM DIRECTAX DAF5994019 130820. The insurance I was advised to take was for Credit protection which should have stopped when I settled my account.

I spoke to Lauren Barens at Direct Axis and she told me that I accepted the Funeral cover while I know for a fact that I was sold a credit protection cover should I die or get retrenched or be in any condition that I can no longer pay my monthly premiums. I had to cut the conversation as I saw that it was useless and starting to become aggravating. I'm extremely disappointed about the fact that a customer gets confused and taken for granted by Direct Axis, and they show you that they no longer care after you settle your account and NOT take another loan. I got extremely angry when I got told speak to Hollard while my statement shows Direct Axis, they must stop taking people for granted.
