Account settlement

On the 5th April I settled my account with Direct Axis in full, I called up the account settlement division and requested the debit order for this account to be cancelled. on the 30th April the debit order went off on my bank account, annoyed with the situation I called Direct Axis again. the Consultant informed me that they will correct this and that the money will be paid back to me but that this will take a week, I questioned the matter that when I had owed Direct Axis money I paid intrest on the money and asked if I would get the same intrest back now that they mistakably owe me money the consultant could not answer the question and I requested that the MANAGER give me a call. Today is the 13th May, my money has not been payed back to me and no one has contact me with regards to the matte
